To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend my former co-worker, Laura Minarcik,
for the current opening position at your company. I have known Laura for almost
three years and worked closely with her at Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. I
was her administrative assistant for over two years and I found her to be one of
the most passionate individuals I have ever worked for. I can attest to her
outstanding character and work ethic.
When asked, Laura gave helpful criticisms of my work while volunteering to help
me implement the solutions. She was an extremely organized, dedicated and
focused individual who excelled at everything she put her mind to; she was a
constant top performer in our department. Because of her ability to empathize
and build rapport with customers, we earned their loyalty and trust during the
time she was employed. She has a patient speaking voice and fully understands
the role of a customer service position. She takes the time to understand the
duties in any position that is thrown her way.
Laura genuinely wants to help people. She was always someone I could count on
and put my trust in. I am excited for her to continue to expand her horizons, as
well as her personal and professional growth and fulfillment. As with ours, I
believe that her current company’s loss will be another company’s tremendous
